If you use these sorts of sites, or read these kinds of magazine, then you will be able to assess the quality and accuracy of the information given.
You may be the sort of person that goes straight to the Doctors at the first sign of a cold, or somebody who only uses herbal remedies or aromatherapy. You may be the sort of person who never goes to the Doctors, and never takes medication for any ailments, aches or pains.
